Tuff Risk was founded in 2000, opening an office in Calgary, Alberta with professional services offered throughout Canada. Since inception, Tuff Risk has provided risk management services principally to credit unions, trust companies and banks.
In 2003, Tuff Risk opened it second office in Toronto, Ontario to support its valued clients in Eastern Canada.
In 2006, Tuff Risk commenced developing banking profitability software designed exclusively for financial institutions. Tuff Risk InsightTM now provides Tuff Risk clients with web-based multi-dimensional reporting and dashboards on all internal profit centres, branches, products and member/clients of the financial institution.
